The Weakley County Chamber of Commerce serves as a connector, advocate, and resource for businesses, organizations, industries, and community partners across Weakley County. Our work is centered on building relationships, supporting local businesses, strengthening leadership, and creating opportunities for collaboration. We help members connect with one another, promote their businesses and organizations, access helpful resources, and stay informed about the issues and opportunities affecting our county.
Throughout the year, the Chamber leads networking events, ribbon cuttings, leadership development programs, business promotions, community initiatives, and other efforts that bring people together. Through Leadership Weakley County and First Community Bank Youth Leadership Weakley County, we also help prepare current and future leaders to better understand, serve, and strengthen their communities.
We work closely with local governments, schools, the University of Tennessee at Martin, industries, nonprofit organizations, and economic development partners to support a strong business climate and a welcoming quality of life. We also promote tourism, local shopping, community events, and the people and places that make Weakley County distinctive. Agriculture, education, industry, small business, healthcare, and community service all play an important role in Weakley County’s success. The Chamber works to make sure these voices are connected and represented as our communities continue to grow.
